Chakra is a Sanskrit word which translates to wheel and refers to the energy centers in the body.  Chakras are used in a variety of ancient meditation practices.  They include 7 wheels of energy which each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs.  Crystals may be used in helping to balance these energies.  Various crystals may correspond with each chakra.

Each Sage bundle is hand-wrapped in cotton string, with sustainably sourced sage. Also included is one Palo Santo Stick. Bundles vary in exact length, but most are about 4.5” long, and about 1.25” in diameter - enough to sage many times.

The bundle comes in a cotton jute bag, with a small instruction sheet inside.
